茴香鲜肉饺子的做法

1、猪肉洗净去皮,将猪肉切片切丝再切丁,手工斩剁成细腻的混合肉末;茴香浸泡洗净,将茴香菜梗粗硬部分摘除,取针叶及较嫩的梗茎部分,细细切末备用。
